Reach for Change, a nonprofit organization has recognized Mr. Hayford Siaw, the CEO of the Ghana Library Authority (GhLA), for his remarkable contributions to systemic change, partnership, and promoting progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 10, and 13.

This honor is a result of Mr. Siaw's unceasing efforts to challenge the existing quo and provide ground-breaking solutions to some of Ghana's most urgent societal problems.

An extensive national endeavor to create a complete network of public libraries throughout Ghana has been spearheaded by social entrepreneur Siaw.

His goal is to make high-quality education accessible, encourage lifelong learning, and instill a love of reading and intellectual curiosity in young Ghanaians.

The Ghana Library Authority has been able to grow under his direction and leadership.
